・The front desk is unmanned from 22:00 to 7:00 the next morning. Please let us know in advance if you will check in late. ・Hotel parking space for 20 cars (free of charge) is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that we do not accept reservations. ・Emergency response from 10pm to 7am: ALSOK (there is a call button at the front desk) ・For stays of 3 nights or less, there is no cleaning or linen change during consecutive nights (towels and bath towels are provided). (Towels and bath towels are provided for the number of guests staying in the room.) ・For 4 nights or more, we will clean the room every 3 days. (Free of charge / The first cleaning will be done on the morning of the 4th day.) Additional cleaning is available for a fee. (2000 yen per time / reservation must be made by the day before the stay) ・Smoking is not permitted in the guest rooms or in the building. ・Please take off your shoes before entering the guest rooms. ・Please ask the front desk staff if you wish to borrow items (limited quantity). We do not accept reservations in advance. ・Please check the e-mail you will receive before check-in before coming to the hotel. ・For plans that include breakfast, a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged 3 days prior to the check-in date and 50% will be charged 7 days prior to the check-in date.
